— La casa fluida

On the occasion of the Design Week and Fuorisalone, Elisa Ossino Studio has designed for Elle Decor the layout of Palazzo Bovara, creating a reflection on the transformation of the living space determined by the moment of strong historical discontinuity that we are going through. The distinctive feature of this intervention is the ability to design an extremely flexible space in terms of function and form, in which modular elements that evoke some radical suggestions on the essence of civil architecture and its dilution, as well as land art, define a fluid ecosystem, capable of reshaping itself in infinite ways and infinite times.

The epochal shift from the eminently residential function of our homes to a persistent dynamism has inspired Elisa Ossino to configure a space for relationships, work, study, leisure, sustainable practices and closeness to nature, through the use of materials, colors, lights, shapes and textures chosen to embody at the same time organicity, ductility, informality, simplicity and activation of circular economies. A design theme that takes on new relevance and urgency in this exhibition is the creation of natural interfaces that invent an ever-changing relationship between the home and the external environment, reinforcing the immersive experience in a dimension of total hybridization of functions and perceptions.
